In our work together, we will collaboratively personalize a care plan for you. An example of this focus may look like reducing the symptoms with tools that work for you, improving relationships, strengthening boundaries, and helping you reconnect with yourself.

My work is also personal. I have experienced and learned to manage my own anxiety and patterns of overextending myself, which allows me to bring both professional expertise and genuine understanding into the therapy space.
